FACADE MAINTENANCE EQUIPMENT

There are different types of building maintenance unit which include davit system, jib system, monorail system, automatic remote control machine etc.. All machine have different mounting position like roof and parapet which will be decided as per the building condition. Automatic remote control machine is roof mounted machine working either by traversing along the track/ guide or fixed at designated levels, the roof machine will includes M.S structure and frame, the jib, the slewing mechanism, the spreader bar slewing mechanism and the housing with travelling mechanism.
It is motorized and telescopic system whose reach the challenging access easily. It provides horizontal and vertical movement of the working platform. It’s safe and efficient for exterior maintenance like cleaning, sealing, and glass replacement.

AUTOMATIC REMOTE CONTROL MACHINES (BMU)

Automatic remote control machine are single jib Building Maintenance Unit (BMU), it is roof mounted machine working either by traversing along the track/ guide or fixed at designated levels, the roof machine will includes M.S structure and frame, the jib, the slewing mechanism, the spreader bar slewing mechanism and the housing with travelling mechanism.

DAVIT SYSTEM

Davit system is used in several different ways to fix on wall or roof. It is mostly used where the cradle park on roof. It rotates in 360⁰ and we can reach the corner area of the building where we can’t reach while working straight. It is easy to move for relocation. Material use in this M.S/Al IS: 2062/6063T6 according to ISO standard.

Davit Arm Types

Slewing Type : The slewing davit can be turned 90 degree manually to bring the cradle to the roof of the building.
Fixed Type : The arm of davit is fixed in one position.

Technical Details

JIB SYSTEM

The Jib System along with cleaning cradle is a movable façade cleaning system, light weight and easy to use. These are used in single or pair configuration to suspend the cleaning cradle. One of the core competencies of “Mechwing Engineering & Services Pvt. Ltd.” is to provide a design which is integrated in the building as per the requirement of the client.

Technical Details

MONORAIL SYSTEM

Monorail is a very good solution for building which is cost effective where the roof has different elements that make impossible the installation of other façade access system. A Monorail normally needs the installation of brackets along the entire building. Monorail is also installed inside building for maintenance of structure in height. A Monorail System consist of two parts the rail and a trolley which move over the rails. It can be fixed to a building’s ceiling and parapet (face). Its remote controlled & no extra effort to need for this. In this use ETT+GTT which remote controlled & make easy of work. Material used Al/MS 6063/T6 Fe 152062 ISO standard.
