MONORAIL SYSTEM

Monorail is a very good solution for building which is cost effective where the roof has different elements that make impossible the installation of other façade access system. A Monorail normally needs the installation of brackets along the entire building. Monorail is also installed inside building for maintenance of structure in height.
A Monorail System consist of two parts the rail and a trolley which move over the rails. It can be fixed to a building’s ceiling and parapet (face). Its remote controlled & no extra effort to need for this. In this use ETT+GTT which remote controlled & make easy of work. Material used Al/MS 6063/T6 Fe 152062 ISO standard.

Face Mounted Monorail :

The face mounted monorail is combined with cradle, it is an extruded aluminum element fixed outside the building supported by mild steel bracket anchored to the concrete wall at intervals ranging from 1.5m to 2.5m, and used as a track way for Electric travelling trolleys from which the cradle will be suspended, it allow the cradle to travel along the façade, these trolleys can be either manual or motorized depending on the application, project budget as per customer requirement. The cradle can be manufactured to various sizes or glass lifting winches can be operated within the same monorail.
